It's the food quality that you go for, not the service. The food is absolutely incredible and very consistent. Lots of people... natively speaking Cantonese seem to frequent it as well which is always a clue that the food is authentic. The food is primarilyin Cantonese style, and the dishes usually top out at around jalapeno level heat. The dim sum is incredible and served allday. You can eat a full meal here for $10 a person or so if you are pretty crafty, but the portions are huge! Read more

First time trying Uncle Yip. Right off the bat, this place is a complete rip off for dim sum. $6 per dim sum plate is completely... absurd. Almost all of the dim sum restaurants I have been to, have tiered pricing. As for the dim sum and the rest of the disheswe ordered, taste really good. The staff is nice too.
