Eastgate location. Place was messy and the workers weren't working too hard until Miss Pam showed up and started cracking the... whip. Within minutes, areas were getting cleaned up and trash taken out etc. Every restaurant needs a Miss Pam. Read more

Was in town for a concert on a Wednesday night. Stopped in on the way home the place was packed with only 1 person Dylan on the... grill and 1 waitress Pam. They did a fantastic job keeping up with everyone. They didn't seem upset and had very friendlypersonalities. Will definitely stop in again when in town. Read more
Normally I'd give five stars to Waffle House because the food has always been so so good and staff is normally so great. But... this we were very disappointed, our waffles were overcooked, and my eggs had shell in them. The waitress was great. The cookthough was slamming things and obviously has learning to do.
