This Wendy?s location always provides good service. Management obviously does a very good job with their staff.
Disrespectful staff no one spoke English well besides the manager which was friendly but the little kids working there was... discriminating me in Spanish I?ll be calling around making sure those girls are of age to work also contacting the main officeand the better business bureau this was uncalled for they messed up our order 2 times the manager was Professional to fix it butwhen I went back in to get the sauced 3 little girl was behind the counter cooking and one turned at me and tapped on the othergirl and started pointing and giggling at me and in Spanish I heard them talking about how I look and just kept laughing andmaking jokes unaware I speak multiple languages then after 5 minutes one of the girls came up to the counter and couldn?t keep astraight face laughing at me and turning to the other girls still disrespecting me, I told her I was suppose to get 6 saucesthen tried to hand me 2 and when I said 6 again she started laughing again and grabbed the rest like she didn?t want to, I won?tbe back this store went to hell Read more
I've lived in Fairfield for 12 years, and honestly this is the worst Wendy's in the area. I have had the same issues multiple... times where they would charge me for everything I asked for, but forget half of my order, and just shut the window. Then theylook at me like I am dumb for sitting there at the window because they forgot half my food. Also pretty sure someone from theretook down my card information resulting in me having to cancel my card and order a new one which took 2 weeks. Not 100% on thisone, but the girl in question was african american with bright red hair (Just so you know to be careful around that particularcashier) She had my card for at least 5 minutes, and was not visible to me while she had my card before returning it to me. God, I don't know what's changed, I've eaten here for years but in the past month all of the burgers I've eaten have caused food... poisoning symptoms like vomiting. I know for certain its not intolerance as I can handle my own burgers at home or at other fastfood places. Genuinely, do not order the beef if you're immunocompromised. I ordered 2 biggie bags, a 6 piece nugget, and 1 order of baconator fries with 6 extra barbecues. First they forgot my 6 extra... sauces (that i paid extra for) and i politely told them at the window that they did, to which she rudely responded that i neededto pay extra although i already did. I get home to realize they literally forgot both of my fries that COME with the biggiebag.. the crew in this establishment must really not like having a job.
