We were passing through and stopped for a quick meal. The service was great! I was so impressed with the young staff at the... counter, you would have thought they were servers at a restaurant working for tips. The food was fresh and so flavorful! We allkept saying how good the gravy was. Unfortunately the chicken express in Abilene is not this good, but this stop was a verypleasant surprise! Read more
The drink was awesome everything else was SUPER salty, even the okra, because they used the boat to scoop and I pulled SOOOOO... much greasy, clumped up salt off, it was ridiculous. I told 2 ppl about it, the first looked at me like I was stupid, thesecond, the manager, said next time tell them no salt...I replied how bout not using the cardboard boat as a scoop!!! I havenoticed that most chain restaurants just don't care anymore. It's a shame. Read more
