This place serves super tasty falafel with great texture - really crisp and piping hot throughout, but not at all overdone or... dry. Sauces and the hummus options are delicious by themselves and work perfectly together on a gyro, and they're neither stingynor sloppy in the amount they add. It really is a perfect bite. Online ordering through their website was super easy andaccurate for me - pay attention to the pickup time, as they really are making it hot and fresh to order. I was a little earlyand had to wait inside for a bit, but I have to say, the vibe in there made me even more excited to get my meal because it wasclear it would be made with care and the love of good food. I went here for the first time tonight because I was craving a gyro. I could not believe everything they had on their menu. I... saw the featured meal was lamb shanks and decided to give it a shot. Very tender and flavorful cooked to a nice medium rare. Theowner had given me samples of all their hummus?s and I chose their house special. It was delicious as well.
