I was born and raised in El Paso Texas raised inJuarez chuh mex. So when I say eat Mexican food I hold that to a really high... standard we cook differently out in the in Texas we use more of a desert feel like I don't know how to explain it but thisrestaurant captured the essence of my childhood. If someone had to say where you can get authentic Mexican food I would safelyface everything else is a peninsula or like from the from the region of the water this is like the closest to real Mexican foodI've ever had.
