This KFC never has any food made. If you want a famous bowl they are missing ingredients. Chicken wings they make you wait 15... minutes for if they are even willing to make them fresh. I cannot think of a time when I have gone to order and they weren?t outof at least part of my order, and tried to convince me to get something else so they don?t have to cook. Read more
First of all, I only have them 1 star so my rating for post!! My friend Bob and his household recently shared a bucket of... chicken along with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. The chicken didn't taste quite right, but it was late andthey were hungry. Two of five people were sick later on that night and another woke up the following morning more sick than thefirst two! This particular location has been going downhill for months!! I advise finding any other KFC for better service,better food. Read more
Ordered the hot tenders combo today.. I got home just to see this. ( see picture) 3 very sad micro pieces of what are suppose to... be chicken tenders but look more like popcorn chicken. No sauce, very dry . I paid over $12 for this .. I would go back but it?snot worth my time. The employees are extremely lazy and rude . Disgusting customer service . Never coming back here again. Ordered online 20 minutes prior to going in to pick up. Food was not ready. I waited for half an hour for my food to be ready.... In that time a homeless man came in, plugged his phone into an outlet and went into the bathroom. When he came out, he made acall then came over to me and asked if I could look up something on Google maps for him...I didn't have my phone on me. It wasuncomfortable...and my food still wasn't ready. If there were another KFC close by, I would go there...sadly, there is not. Got a great deal for dinner, 10 piece legs and thighs with 2 sides and 4 biscuits for $15! Got home and realized we got coleslaw... when we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Called and they said to come back and they'd fix it which they did. Gave us extramashed potatoes and biscuits. I showed the manager the coleslaw cause even if we liked coleslaw I would have returned it, gotless than half the container filled. Her response was that that was just wrong and that's why they shouldn't schedule teenagersfor the closing shifts. Manager was super nice. Food was great.
