I can?t believe I came to see another review with the same problem. I posted on yelp about this and saw on google a review... about matcha being more than half foam. I feel like it?s not okay that I pay for this drink and don?t even get half of what I?mpaying for. I went to this location around 6:30 p.m. And I was greeted with rude service. Now I understand everyone may havea bad day, but that doesn't justify taking it out on me the customer. That may be excusable in itself; however, I found thatafter paying almost 14 dollars for my two drinks. One of them wasn't even filled up all the way. Not meaning it was a littlebit under, more like it was half foam and only a little bit of drink. There were three people working there and I believe theone with red hair made my drink like this, while the lady with long black hair was providing the rude customer service. I'm not sure why, maybe it was just a rough couple days but they are taking longer and still not getting orders right, they are... friendly at window but seem stressed.... did they lose people?
