I've had a lot of experience asking for my hot #9 to be extra hot and still getting it lukewarm by the time I sit at the tables... in their lobby. Why sell a "hot" sandwich if it's not hot enough to melt the provolone. It happened enough that I just switchedto another Togo's. Other than cold "hot" sandwiches, the place is good. Read more
