I would give it a 0 if possible. Extremely slow at the drive-thru even with a simple order. I finally got out of my truck,... after quite awhile, and went in to find out what was taking so long. To say the least, I won't be going back. Read more
Sat at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before server even acknowledged we were there and before we could order we were told... there would be a 15 minute wait for any chicken, and all we wanted was a couple chicken sandwiches. Went through the drive thru earlier today sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to answer me over the intercom and no one answered... so I drove around to see what the deal was and the 2 people who were working the window were standing around drinking theirdrinks and talking to each other. Really disappointed I always come to kfc and was made to feel like they didn't want to eventry to take my order. I never written a review before but felt like management should know that their employees are deliberatelyignoring paying customers. Read more
