Manager Maria is super rude would not let me speak as I had a question about my order she kept interrupting me and I asked for... her to speak to me like an adult and she said I'm done. The reason I went in to the facility is because they didn't put meat onmy big Mac RUDE!!! AND DISRESPECTFUL. customer service means nothing to her as she started ranting about me wanting a free bigMac wich I never asked for I asked to buy a big Mac for 1$ per their special. Read more
I had already been to another location that closed 5 minutes early just as I was next in line. So I already felt jilted and... disappointed. So I arrived at the 24 hr drive thru different location hoping to finally right the wrong done to me at theprevious location. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I pull up to see a sign that they have run out of co2 tanks, so thereare no drinks available. No fountain drinks, no shakes, and no frozen drinks. Disappointed once more, I just ordered a bigMac. I started eating it on the way home only to find out that it was cold. I ended up throwing it out and going home hungrystill. 3 disappointments in one night...great job McDonald's! Read more

Always very clean polite and friendly if I've ever bought an item that wasn't in the bag I just bring my recipet and tell the... name of the employee who I spoke to and no questions asked. The app has so many deals and saves me so much cash but when itcomes to McDonald's my family refuses to go to the pomona store.
