0 stars. Went to try this new place because the reviews looked decent. Either all of the reviews are fake, or they are friends... of the owner. When I went to order, I was promptly informed that there was to be no avocado until Tuesday. When yourestablishment is branded around avocado and half of the menu contains avocado, it would be wise to have avocado. Nevertheless, Idecided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and ordered a pesto toast. I received a measly slice of bread, with the slightestlayer of mediocre pesto. They were also apparently out of cold brew, but in phased, I ordered an iced americano. It wasbasically water flavored coffee. My wife requested her chai latte to be sweetened, however it was bland with a sprinkle ofcinnamon (which is not sweetener). I felt robbed spending $18 on a piece of toast and two poorly made drinks. Places like theseare what is making it hard for quality mom and pop establishments to stay in business. Cheap concept, clearly designed tocapitalize and make a quick buck on the Instagram ?avocado toast? fad. At least they could have put some effort into it. If Ihad known I would have went across to the street to Clarence center Coffee. Never patronizing this place again, and I suggestyou stay away too. Read more

Stopped by Toasted after winning a gift certificate, my friend and I both ordered the Pesto is the Besto. She ordered her sans... tomatoes and I ordered mine as is. The crushed red pepper is a great addition that adds just enough heat to a flavorful and cooltoast. Additionally I sipped on a Dirty Chai with oat milk. The Dirty Chai was much less chai-y then I expected but overall wasstill enjoyable. The day we went the weather was great and a few tables were available on the small patio. I waited for myfriend to arrive, awkwardly standing around as evey table was full in addition to the sofa. Luckily two tables cleared out andI was able to grab a seat minutes before she arrived. Nestled into a historic building it appears many people have trouble withthe old style nob. Overall it was a good experience and highly enjoyed by the locals. Coming in from Buffalo I probably wouldnot return location just for toast. But if there wad a location closer I'd certainly stop by. Read more
