Placed my order 7:54pm and waited until 10:04pm just to get cold pizza. I called in and the manager, Jimmy, was rude and... extremely unhelpful. If you can't handle a 3 pizza order hours before you close than maybe don't expect the order. I try to beunderstanding when it comes to customer service but even I have a hard time believing that it was just understaffeing. Even ifthat was the case there was no communication to me that the order would be late until I called myself. Why even ask for my phonenumber if you can't use it? Definitely would recommend ordering somewhere else. Read more
Domino's did not disappoint tonight! Had our food within 30mins of ordering. Super hot fresh out of the oven.
I visited this location tonight after a long day at work. In no hurry and literally falling asleep waiting. And saw them getting... slammed and obviously understaffed. To the crew - I commend you. For keeping your cool and carrying on. I cancelled only to keepfrom contributing to what was obviously overwhelming. I would subtract stars only if those stars were directly contributed tocorporate - who HAS the resources to help staff. They HAVE the resources to improve their apps and website so that we don't haveto bother the hardworking crew to stop an order before they are two-thirds from it being done, just trying to keep up. They HAVEthe money to hire and to train. What are they doing with it while their employees are killing themselves just trying to keep up?I'd subtract stars if they were directly attributed to corporate. I wouldn't even give them a star. They have false advertisements. Plus you can't get a call directly in to local store without... going through customer care. I received a email to get 2 medium 1 toppings pizzas 16 pc bread bites 8 cinnamon twist plus 2liter drink for $19.99. But when got to store it wss more. Plus one pizza had corner missing Plus one was burnt . Bread biteswere mainly small. And hard as rock. I tried calling back. Couldn't get through. So I reached ot to customer care .Heardnothing. Ordered online at 7:15pm it showed my order would be ready 15-25 mins at 9:14pm still no delivery so I called and the lady I... spoke with said she was just about to call me which I really don't believe honestly but I was told there was only 1 driver andthey had not returned from the last order so I needed to come pick up my order so my husband drove to the store and still had towait due to another customer in there complaining about the same issue it was 10pm when he returned home the pizza was cold andthe buffalo wings we ordered were plain chicken bites instead of ranch we got icing this place is a joke we will never orderfrom there again!!!
