Terrible service. Waited at least 15 to 20 minutes in drive thru for ONLY a 2 scoop sundae. And I can maybe understand filling... orders ahead of me but when I see multiple cars behind me getting their food and leaving, this is unacceptable. I shouldn't haveto LEAVE MY VEHICLE in the drive thru and go in and get it myself, of course to find my sundae a melted soupy mess. Read more
We used to go here regularly (drive thru) and 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. There are always at least 8 people working... there, this is a great example of quantity over quality. If they mess up, they'll take your name down and give you that item forfree next time. What a lousy solution. How about training the staff instead and fixing the root problem. Got a carry out - had to wait 10 minutes. Asked for ketchup when ordering. Pulled off - no ketchup - no napkins and grilled... cheese smelled like a greasy hamburger and had black hamburger pieces on it from being made on an uncleaned area of the grill.Unable to eat - sick of the upcharge on fast food when there is no care about preparation and quality.
