When I reminded the clerk that I ordered a burrito not the bowl he was already making I got a look as if I'm the one that made... the mistake. Then the cashier misgendered me. I wouldn't recommend this location. Update 8/17/22 Well I was contacted throughmy Google review about my expierence. Once I contacted the customer care team it took them close to three weeks to redpond..what dd they say?? I will just paste it here. "Hi Rebecca, Thank you for reaching out to us, and I'm so sorry to hear aboutwhat happened with your visit. We want all our guests to have an awesome experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark. I?veaddressed this with the district manager so that they can look into this further. We want to avoid situations like this goingforward, so your feedback is incredibly valuable. I ordered a 3-cheese nacho for lunch. When it got to my house, I was shocked to see that they MAYBE put a half scoop of cheese.... For $11.80, I figured the bowl would be pretty full. Absolutely pathetic Read more
