Wait time was too long, second time this happened. 6+ cars went through the drive thru and we still hadn't gotten our order. ... Order said it was done, when it wasn't. Once I did get my coffee it was VERY bitter even though I asked for sweetener. Read more
Had a wonderful experience the few times I've ordered from here. The young lady that made my iced caramel latte... I believe her... name is Alexa, its the best iced latte I've had in a long time it was incredible. She's very respectful and works fast. My onlycomplaint is the other customers that attend this place. They are birthed from hell and complain about the most minusculethings. You are ordering a $6 coffee from a Dunkin, stop acting everything should be perfectly made for you. You're not specialand your mother should've tried harder to raise you better. My daughter asked me to stop this time! She went in and ordered a bagel sandwich and shake. They rang her up and took her money.... They They didn't have bagels. Employees did not know how yo issue a refund and ridiculed my daughter for requesting one. I hadto go inside myself and instruct them that they needed to figure out how immediately to get them to even care. I have picturesof the girl who thought it was cute to be a b....I'll post those here too. We tried again. No idea what malt powder is and wepaid $15 for 2 cups of colored cold milk. This does not even resemble a shake. We want out money back and no one answers thephone. No one is held accountable. Usually have the best chocolate malts in town. However....Claireesa (the only personworking) has no idea what a chocolate malt is and insists that they have never had them. Fought with me about it and says theyonly make shakes, not malts.we get them here all the time.its the only thing we come here for..$15 an hour....to work at an icecream shop.
