I didn?t have high expectations to begin with but ordered over $30 worth of food. They were not busy. Food was ice cold. The... bread was hard where the sandwiches had been microwaved. It was inedible. Total waste of money and definitely won?t ever beback. Read more
If I could give a negative one star I would have. I was just there last wk and was told the system down be 20 mins ????. Went... there tonight and was told it be 20 mins nothing about system being down this time and no one in line smh. How does this placeeven make any money? Better yet why and how are they still open? I have never experienced this type of service at any otherKrystal.. This was the worst customer service that I have ever had anywhere. The girl at the window never even spoke to me. Then I had to... try to reach everything because she sure wasn't going to reach out the window any. I didn't have everything so another guy cameto the window and I told him and showed him my receipt. He gave me the rest of my food and never said anything either. It wasn'tbecause they were busy because there was nobody else even in the drive through. I got a number for district manager but he nevercalled me back and I filled out a complaint for corporate office and never heard anything either. I will never go back hereagain. Read more
PLEASE READ!!!! Something really needs to be done here, this location definitely needs new management & new night shift... employees. The night crew is HORRIBLE, they are literally disrespectful & rude, with the WORST attitudes. Every time I go here Iget told it?ll be a 20 min wait, which I do not mind waiting, it?s simply the attitudes they give you for ordering & mad you arewilling to wait. They are down right LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL. I went today a hour before closing & they told me they were out ofChicks & Krystal?s, simply because they didn?t want to make any. On Christmas Eve 2021, one of the younger male employees onnight shift told me that he wasn?t making all the food I tried to ordered which was just 10 wings, & a 10 Krystal?s combo, hethen proceeded to tell me it?s a 30 min wait, just for the Krystal?s & tells me he?s going to give me raw pink uncookedKrystal?s if I wait because he didn?t want to ?Make all that food & work that hard on Christmas Eve?. The place was dead, nobodyin line but one car sitting at the front window. I simply pulled around to the front window where the Manager was sitting in thewindow talking to her friend that was outside the window in her car. I let her know they were disrespecting me over the intercomwhich I know she heard & that they needed to do better. She shrugged her shoulders & laughed in my face. I left & went to theone off Wilma, & got treated with respect. I reported them to Corporate but obviously nothing is being done. Save your time,money, & effort. Evidently the bad reviews go nowhere. It?s one thing to placate reviewers by responding to them as an owner but we are trying to... be your customer. I was just in the drive-through to get one item only and when I pulled up I heard on the intercom ?yeah? and Ididn?t know if they were talking to me so I asked if they were ready for my order. Reply ?go ahead.? When I was finished theysaid ?is this it?? I wouldn?t know if they got the order correct or not. A customer should never feel like an inconvenience.Then I was told ?pull up to the window.? They may have been shorthanded and only had two people, I?m not quite sure. I did seetwo people standing at the register and no one coming to the window. This is an obvious issue with this location. Has anyonefrom corporate decided to send someone out to do a customer service check? After about three minutes of sitting at the windowand watching someone standing there on the other side, I left. This is just my perspective. I understand anything could?ve beengoing on but with the ongoing bad reviews, business needs to be handled.
