We ordered 2 hot honey chicken biscuits and 2 honey chicken biscuits. My girlfriend is allergic to many of the ingredients in... the hot honey chicken biscuits. Not only did the person taking our orders get completely confused with our orders but when wewere given our food they were incorrectly marked and she ate the hot honey. She is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to the ingredients in thehot honey. Luckily, we were able to figure out which of the two nearly identical food products with no markers was the one shecouldn't have in time. However, it still caused her to lose all feeling in her lips and mouth and lose all taste as well. Thisis unacceptable and is a danger to the people who trust the workers in the establishment to ensure that their orders areexecuted correctly. In any normal circumstance, this could be a simple misunderstanding that could be overlooked but the peoplewho work have no idea why people ask for separate things in their orders so they should deal with each scenario as if it is alife or death situation. This situation could have been easily avoided and was completely able to be avoided. If you are comingto this Wendy's do not order anything you could remotely believe to be dangerous because your servers will not follow yourrequests. Furthermore, they mixed up our biscuits so one of the hot honey was with one that was normal honey so they crosscontaminated the food also. Read more
How did I get ?fresh fast food?and still end up somehow putting the food in the microwave when I got home? The nuggets tasted... like they had been sitting out for hours and not dropped fresh. The burger was warm but fine & my baconator fries had one stripof bacon broken into two with a hand full of cheddar shredded cheese not even melted?. Come on Wendy?s do better? FAST FOOD GONE SLOW. I sit in this drive through it?s takes about a half hour and a quarter gas tank every time, I get so... frustrated I just leave or don?t even bother if there is more than one car in line.
