I love this place. Usually order the chopped salad with smoked chicken or a burger. Had chopped salad tonight and was a little... disappointed that the chicken was old and very tough. Not a normal occurrence here as the food is usually very good. Must havebeen a bad day for smoked chicken. 10/5/22 - Back in town and back to Colvins for dinner. JP is the best server. The smoked brisket hash and eggs Benedict were amazing. This place is definitely a highlight of our trip.
Great place to eat and lots of room in the Bar. Food was very good as was the service.
Working the night shift, this is one of the few,? good eats,? places in Clatskanie I?ve found for breakfast. I?ll always stop... here once or twice a week when I?m in town. Charming little place on Clatskanie's main street (Nehalem). Staff friendly, good food. There was a kind of creamy Florentine... soup...I could have died happy. Very good Reuben sandwich (though none ever as good as at Rose's on 23rd, right?) Friends loveda chicken casserole soup last Sunday. I LOVED a salad with shrimp on top, sort of Asian.
