Ordered Gordita crunch with Doritos shells, only got regular. They were out of Doritos shells. They are also out of Baja Mt.... Dew. I wish I knew before ordering, but they only let you use the computer inside, can't talk to anyone to order. Read more
We had to order on the kiosk, as they looked too busy. Not a problem. It was freezing inside and had to have my husband go get... my coat. I had it to go in a hospital, where comparing the two places, I needed it for the restaurant. When our name was calledfor our order, we had to ask for cups. No ice in the drink machine, but we both realized we didn't need it. That's how cold itwas. We just wanted to hurry up and go. Read more
They mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go here. They also regularly force you to wait at the ordering screen until all the... cars that have ordered have driven off so their wait time looks shorter. They will also make you pull up and then forget halfyour food or mess up the entire order. I?ve had to go in multiple times to get the correct or missing food and there?s otherpeople waiting inside for the same reason. Go somewhere else because this location does not deserve your business. It's been 8 months since I've been to Taco Bell. We live locally and wanted to give them a chance. No one greeted me when I... entered. They never acknowledged me. I stood at the register waiting to submit my order because I didn't want to use the kiosk.It apparently hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I waited patiently for 8 minutes before I inquired as to if orders couldbe placed at the register. I was rudely told it would be a while because they were short staffed. One employee was standing inthe parking lot talking. She came in and saw me standing there and proceeded to the back and to immediately return outside. Theperson working the drive through finally walked over but wasn't engaging at all. It was as if I was bothering her. The musicblasting on the speakers was club music. Not appropriate for a restaurant. This management apparently doesn't police their crewand they are allowed to do as they please. No evident customer service skills. Very unpleasant experience.
