Lobby and bathroom were not clean. All sanitizers we're empty or not working. Cashless kiosk did not work requiring me to go to... the counter to pay for my order. Food was standard for McDonald's, so not bad. Read more
Stoped to get lunch today. Spent 30 full mins I. The drive thru only to be treated by staff as if it were our(the customer)... fault that we were there that long. Please do better to be patient when people try to spend money with your company and we getfrustrated because customer service has diminished. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever. Took order for adult happy meal. Only told me they were out of them after trying to give me a big Mac and... fries in a bag. Said I wanted my toy. Out of them. Ok, why did you just charge me over $10 for a Big Mac and fries? Read more
This place was really gross... the bathrooms were wet with soap, dust all over the sink. The floors sticky and the drink area... covered in trash and spill marks. It took over 15 minutes to get a room temp 6pc nugget and large water. I worked at mcds for 8years, and my standards weren't high when I walked in... but this place was sad. Read more
