We had takeout. Pizza was done far faster than expected. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, I got a text, it was ready,... in like 8 minutes. We ordered early thinking it would take longer. Not a complaint, but a pleasant surprise. A plus was, itwas in a to-go cardboard box, rather than in paper., as they used to be, years ago. Pizza was still hot when I got home, inPlainfield. I?ve had Pizza King for family dinners since I was a child and they have always a offered a great pizza, that?s unique and local... to Indiana (give just a regular pepperoni pizza a try, it?s excellent and different than others). What sets this location apartis the absolute fantastic attention to making your food the right way. It?s easy to tell they manage their stock of freshingredients very well and that their cooks are very well trained and care about their job resulting in a spot on, fresh,delicious pizza. Excellent! This is the way Pizza King should be, I love Pizza King and this was one of the best PK pizzas I've had. The staff... were so friendly, the restaurant was very clean, nice dining area although most did carryout. Enjoyed this more than the Avonand Mooresville locations, we'll be back here for sure.
