Might have stumbled on to my favorite brunch spot for a Saturday. ????Great menu of options and fantastic eggs Benedict,... beignets and green salad plus… the wait staff was funny, kind and attentive. And the decor is interesting. Will be back forsure. Read more

One word: DECEIVING! It looks like a cute little restaurant tucked away in a bustling part of Clayton. A nice patio area outside... with an equally quaint inside. The decorations and lighting are great for a date night, which happened to be exactly theoccasion I went there for. Alejandro, our server, was hilarious and personable. We had such a great experience talking to him.My girlfriend ordered some mint, tequila based drink (I don’t drink so I don’t remember the name). It came in a very prettyglass and she said it tasted really good. Here comes the best part. We ordered Emily’s Apple Harvest Salad and the BlackenedSalmon Salad and split the Spicy Shrimp Diablo Pasta (something like that). The salmon was some of the best tasting salmonI’ve had in my life. I loved my salad, too and the pasta was a great way to finish the evening. The portions were large andfilling and we definitely could have left some for a second meal, but it was so good we chose not to :) I paid (obviously) andI was expecting to have a hole in my wallet, but given we got 3 entrees and a drink, it was very very cheap given the quality. I came here for happy hour and I ordered a beet salad and potatoes to go. $100, later I get home and this was my beet salad.... I’m disappointed in the food. If I want an arugula salad I would have requested that. Dissatisfied customer!! Read more

I know with the word “wine” in the name you’d assume they’re not kid friendly but when I called ahead and asked, they... said they were. I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe this review will have them prepare a little in advance and have things on handfor children (or not). They handed my 1 year old crayons ???? I waited over 30 minutes for a kids menu that I didn’t ask for, they volunteered. I just should have picked another spot. The food was delicious though. I ordered the chicken entree, seasonalveggies and spinach which was all delicious ???? Just don’t bring your kids ???? P.S. I did have one of the Binet and theywere terrible to me. I’ve been to Louisiana and had them at several places. At this “kitchen” they weren’t great so ifyou’re looking for a taste of home this wouldn’t be that. And I’m saying that to be nice. Read more

My brunch group often brunches here. It is a casual, laid back, atmosphere. The food is good and although I don't drink alcohol,... their "almost bottomless" mimosas are always a hit at our table. The wait staff there has always been amazing. We are a largergroup which means we usually need more attention than a smaller group. They have never disappointed me. (We know we are a busygroup for a waiter and always tip accordingly) I have never been to Louie's at any other time except brunch so I can't commenton anything other than that time. Read more
