The teenagers that work in the evening definitely don?t care about customers or the DD brand. This is the 3rd time the same... young girl acted like she was in space. I Ordered through mobile app. 15 minutes later I come in and she acted like she didn?teven know about mobile orders. Told her I?ll come back in 45 minutes. Came back 55 minutes later and she?s entertaining boys atthe register. Meanwhile the doors are locked and my order STILL NOT READY!! I stand outside 5 minutes in the rain and they bringmy drinks no food. When I asked where the remaining part of the order was she laughed and said oh she would get it ready.Idiots! I told her no cancel it and I would contact the manager. This is utterly ridiculous. I have teenagers and they are notthis slow! Read more
They need a better set up for drive thru and parking.Theres parking out back but 3 spaces where taking up by someone who thought... their bmw deserved 3 spots.Its a BMW it's nothing exotic,learn how to park it. Read more
