Placed a mobile order, two iced coffees and a box of 25 donut holes. Walked in 7 or 8 mins after my order was ready. Both drinks... were waiting for me, no issues. The donut holes were no where to be found. I waited about 5 mins, then decided to ask. When Iasked I immediately got a ton of attitude, and when she asked to see my mobile order, she just said ?Oh?.? ?We only have glazedleft? Which was totally fine. One of my fav Dunkins of all time. Messed up my mobile reward order. The employees tries to refund my money but couldn't. They... tried though. They, unlike most places these days, offered alternative solutions and were extremely courteous even though I wasthe one who messed up the order. The kids were so excited to get donuts so we went. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted rudely with someone on the speaker,... basically rushing us with our order, only to tell us they were out of almost every donut.
