Love Pelicans generally but tonight was a major disappointment. Started with standing in line for half an hour then being told... they weren't taking cards and were cash only, thankfully we had cash (but a couple behind us did not and had to leave afterwaiting that long because no announcement was made to the line). Line wasn't even that long, it was just taking forever to makesnowcones. Every order the employees had to run back to the building to get something, whether it be syrup or ice????. Then weFINALLY get our snow cones and after the top about inch and a half or 2 inches of ice, there was NO SYRUP. waited that long andpaid 5 bucks for a cup of literal plain ice. Beyond frustrated.
