The manager of the location was the only one working. He was very friendly, took our order, cooked our order, and was cleaning... the dining room as well. How is this particular Burger King still open? Every 6 months or so I give them a try again, and regret it every single time.... The food is consistently bad. Today, my husband was there right at 11 when they switch from breakfast to lunch. But the frieswere cold and my whopper was cold with a stale bun and gross tomatoes. Burger king is a great burger. Reminds me of a home burger. We never ate here much as a kid so sometimes I forget about... it. Prices seem to have gone up a little bit making it more expensive to comparable fast food, but still good. 50% of the timemy kids burger has been wrong which has caused some meltdowns that I have to deal with so that is why I am going with 4 stars. Me and my wife went for some dinner and she ordered a chicken sandwich. When we got home the chicken sandwich was either really... really old or way over cooked. I took it back and showed them how hard it was. So they said they would make a fresh one. I gotthe new sandwich and went home. The wife got 1/4 of the way through it and realized it was cold in the middle. After looking atit. Found out that it was still raw. The picture attached shows raw and cooked. I didn?t get a pic of the sandwich that was wayover cooked. I have had several problems with the service and quality here. Don?t go here. Go to McDonald?s next store. Thank you so much for the great customer service Brysen. I stopped in for breakfast because I noticed only two people in the... drive thru. I was super hungry and didn't want to wait long. It took about 10 minutes from order to getting my food . When Ireceived my food I thanked the man and told him good job because, it looked to me like he was the only one in the whole store.He thanked me back. I learned that infact there were only two wonderful people in the store making my breakfast and the two cars a head. What rock stars! I tried working fast food once in my forties at a fully staffed restaurant and that was hard work.Appreciate you guys ?? Read more
I kw we shouldn?t expect much from fast food restaurants and I kw I should just go about my way but I had to say something about... my experience this morning and I will keep it simple. The staff today July 21 2022 at 6:45 was just rude Beyond believable.Starting with the female behind the drive-through speaker. She was acting like if I was there asking for free food. The staff was very nice and took my order well. And the wait wasn't that long even though it was the dinner Rush at 5:30 The... problem was the food. I Ordered the new melty wopper and was expecting a nice crispy toast bread on the outside of the two beenpatties and the melted cheese with special sauce. What I got was all the fixins but untoasted. I might as well have just boughtthe sándwich and taken it out of their bread and taken two slices of bread form my pantry. I was very disappointed. Read more
The food is good, fresh and quick. The service is rough. The inside dining is locked half the time during the weekdays, the... manager is heard screaming at the employees, and every single car that goes through the drive-thru they have pull up and off thesensor to make their stats look good. So, my review is this: if you want good food, with no customer service, then this is agreat choice. Will update if this changes in the future. Read more
