I understand that everywhere is short staffed. We have went to this location two now we have ordered four chicken fried steak... meals. Both times we have ordered extra gravy. The first time there was no gravy at all. This time there was only gravy on twoof the four and none of them had extra gravy. When I called about the mistake I was told not to be rude. There the employeepersonally made our food and they did have gravy. I asked if I had to take a picture and show her. She said that I didn't haveto treat her that way. I apologized for getting angry yet this was the second time with the same mistake. With gas prices beingwhat they are. She didn't even apologize for the mistake. Just call me a lier instead. Worst place to go get food. They will always mess up ur order and when you go back the manger (zoey) is always with an attitude... i had a bad experience in the past but went back to see if it would be better. And once agin it was the worst experience everwent twice because first time the forgot my chicken tenders and mac n cheese and went back and everything was good the gave memy food. But once i got home they just gave me two boxes of biscuits and a mac and cheese i did not check because i neverthought they could mess up because i went back for my mossing tenders. Called the restaurant really up set because i took it asthey were making fun me because how can you give someone just biscuits when you has messed up there order once. I told them ineeded my money or the tender manger zoey argued and told me to take my money and she was refusing service when im the one thatsoffended i asked her for corporate number and her name because she did not have her badge and refused to give me the informationand i told her i was not leaving until i got the number and she treated me to call the police so i waited till police got thereand explained the situation. We came in 5 minutes before closing desperately searching for a single biscuit. They had no biscuits ready but volunteered to... bake their last 5 uncooked biscuits for us for no charge because they would have gone to waste. 10 stars A++ saved the wholeday. We've been to this location several times over the years and have had some bad experiences. Mainly food items being forgotten... and the customer service before + after those issues were brought up. But Jade has been awesome. She honestly gave the bestcustomer service we've ever had here. Made sure we left happy and made up for all the other times. An honest, polite, hardworker who clearly cares. Not sure if this will do anything for her but I hope so - she deserves it. Read more

Ordered online an hour ahead, arrived to pickup and were told that they were packing ours up, waited 20 minutes and were then... told that it would be 40 minutes MORE because they had to cook more chicken.
