The employees had facial expressions of disbelief when I asked for no ice. Seriously it's not like it takes a lot of work with... your button operated fountains. I understand they had to dump out the old cup of water, but is an eye roll necessary? Food wasokay, typical of fast food. Would have given 4 stars had the employees not seemed so upset that I asked for no ice at thewindow. Fyi I've done 15 years in the restaurant industry from every position from dishwasher to DM, so I understand how itworks. Just like the CJRs next door, I believe the management exploit their employees and lead poorly. This results in poor food and... poor service. Each time I come here I'll see the same staff, despite the time, and the food tastes like cardboard. You can't go wrong with the bell. Decent food at a decent price. Sometimes it just hits the spot. I normally order their "box... meal" with whatever is going on at that time. I feel like you get a good amount of food for the price. Don't forget the Bajablast for your drink! Read more
I think this location deserves 3 stars because something is AWAYS wrong with our order but they?re less busy than the Layton... one. However, I?ve always had good customer service whenever I?ve come through the drive thru so I have them another star. This place is ridiculous. They never get any of my orders correct. And when you go into the store to have them fix your order... they pretend you aren?t at the counter. I called and called for someone and they ignored me. Never coming back to this locationagain. Read more

I recently ordered from this location through DoorDash, I initially wanted the 7 layer nacho fries, which they were out of, so... they gave me a replacement of a Crunchwrap supreme, there was nothing supreme about that. It was a crunch lettuce wrap. When Iorder from most fast food places I don?t expect 5 star quality, however I do expect to get my money?s worth and not have rabbitfood.
