This has got to be the worst Boston Market I've ever been to !! I came yesterday(September 15th 2022)@ 2:30 p.m. they said it... was a 25 minute wait on regular rotisserie nuggets, I came today(September 16th 2022) it's 2:31 p.m. they only have enoughnuggets to make one regular rotisserie nugget meal. I literally talked to the manager while I was waiting at the light to make au-turn to make sure they had some. The manager needs to do better! As someone that has worked at and managed severalrestaurants you have to know what's popular with your customers especially if it's something new( Rotisserie Chicken Nuggets)and make sure you don't run out. Obviously you see that the spicy ones aren't that popular so why not keep more of the regularon hand because if you are coming through the drive-thru who has 25 minutes to wait? Corporate needs to hire people withexperience or train the staff you have to do the job designed to do. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Read more
As a former BM employee and long time customer, Boston market will forever be my go to comfort food. I have visited many... different locations in throughout pinellas county and wanted to shout out the East bay location which I frequent often. My halfwhite chicken was perfectly cooked with a perfect layer of garlic and herb seasoning. The poultry gravy was at an excellenttemperature (even after delivery!) and the crotons on the Caesar salad are perfectly crisp! Special shout out of the mashpotatoes and Mac n cheese. It?s ALWAYS on point. As we all know many businesses have struggled through the pandemic, it?swonderful to know that the quality of food has stayed consistent. Wow! Boston Market is still kicking it! The food was good in what I will describe as an adult happymeal. ???? It was piping hot... and very tasty, just as I remembered it after all these years. They probably still use the same food suppliers. Score! The onlyreason I didn't give them five stars is because it was quite expensive at $14 dollars for one meal and a drink and also theirproperty needs TLC.
