Food was good. Service could have been better. Floor was filthy, tables were left dirty. The menu given to us was wet. ... Bathroom had overflowing garbage can as well as toilet tissue littered on the floor. Staff here doesn't clear tables as needed.It seems they just like to leave it. Read more
Arrived around 7pm. Host rudely told us (party of 3) to wait a minute. 10 minutes later the host and other employees are putting... chairs around tables. We ask to be seated. Host told us they were busy setting up tables for big parties. Are you kidding me! Weleft and wont be back. Understand there seems to be a shortage of people to work, but dont be rude and turn the few peoplewanting to eat at the restaurant away. I've written about Chili's before. The place just isn't what it used to be. It feels empty inside, it's lost it's place in the... restaurant universe. The bar feels like a place you'd meet Willie Loman from death of a salesman. Or some other down on his luckcharacter. That's not to say the food isn't good or the service is bad. Our waiter was great and the food tasty. I had Chili, myson had a burger ???? my other son was on a diet so he ordered veggies from the side dish menu. I left full and satisfied????
