Went there today September 17,2022. We ordered a. Mini chocolate chip blizzard for our 4 year old. The young girl there was... soooo miserable in life? absolutely NO customer service skills at all. What happen to friendly people these days? We get homeand we didn?t even get the right blizzard she gave us a chocolate chip Cookie dough. The manager on shift for the night of 6/30/22 was the ideal image of great customer service when a mistake happens. I went... through the drive through and ordered two blizzards with chocolate and another without chocolate and specified that I wasallergic to chocolate and ordered something that normally does have chocolate and requested it to be omitted and said she coulddo it. My order was messed up and ended up having chocolate in it and I drove back and they had technically closed a few minutesbeforehand but I knocked on the door and she remember taking my order once I explained what happened and immediately apologizedand remade it correctly this time no questions.
