I walked in and the two guys behind the counter ignored me. Then they ended their conversation and asked what I wanted. When I... said, ?hi! Just a regular bacon turkey ranch please?, he busted out laughing. I?m not sure what was so funny, but I feltincredibly awkward. He gained his composure after about 2 minutes of laughing and then started making my sandwich. He place theraw chicken on the grill and without changing his gloves, started putting together the rest of the sandwich. I threw it away asI walked out. The customer service from the visit left a lot to be desired but the Big Kahuna Sub was great!
Just ordered a sub online tonight and they basically decided not to listen anything that I wanted on my sub and put whatever... toppings they wanted. I ordered pickles and olives, red wine vinegar and olive oil and yellow mustard and they gave me honeymustard and none of the other toppings - so they didn?t listen to a single thing on my online order.
