Waited over an hour for 1 pepperoni thin crust pizza. First of all, I didn't get any of my sauces that they charge you 2$ extra... for per sauce. And second of all, the pizza was not even cut. I had to cut the pizza myself because my family could not evenpull there slices off properly. It was a horrible mess. Biggest waist of 25$ I've ever spent on Doordash. My husband Federico and I would like to acknowledge & thank the assistant manager of this location, Robert Taupier. He is an... excellent representative and asset to Lil Ceasar's. He is professional, congenial and excellent at communicating withcustomers & employees. It was because of his excellent abilities & customer service we experienced from him that we returnedyesterday through curbside pickup. Robert personally came out to our car to apologise & offered to provide us with acomplimentary meal after some confusion we unfortunately had with our first order in the drive-through last month. So wedecided to give a second chance returning yesterday. Once again, Robert personally came out to speak with us at our car & tookour order when we arrived curbside. His memory is great as he remembered both my husband and I by name. We received our orderpromptly (personally brought to us by Robert) and truly it was excellent. We can highly recommend: their thin crust pizza(topped as we requested with mushrooms, onions and seasoned beef) & we had 2 orders of their breadsticks (served with marinaradipping sauce).
