The employees need more help. This location is always crazy. Food needs to be presented to properly, and the appropriate... utensils need to be given. I received a plastic spoon for my soup and salad. I shouldn't have to hunt down a fork n napkins. Ialso had to ask for a cup. Again, the team is overwhelmed. They need help. Read more
Nice clean and well-lit place w/ really good coffee! Just wish they had the coffee cups and lids more accessible but I guess... there's a reason you have to ask for them behind the counter! Good place to have a quiet work meeting too. Read more
This is not my first problem with "order correctness" at this store. But yesterday I ordered a breakfast sandwich online and... went to pick it up. When I got home I found that the breakfast sandwich was missing the egg. Kinda important for a breakfastsandwich. So I called the store... no answer. The phone rang out. I tried again, same result. This store is not busy (I was justthere) and I'm calling the number on the website. So I'm a bit miffed and I decide to call the corporate office. They apologizefor my experience and tell me they'll contact the owner/manager who will respond to my complaint with an email or call. Now, aday later I have received neither. Panera has gone down in their standards over the years and it?s so sad. This location is by far the dirtiest I have ever been... to. Panera used to have a standard of cleanliness in the dining room, booths used to look polished, tables wiped and floorsmoped. The drink dispensers look like they haven?t been cleaned in months and the whole place reeks of mold. It?s sodisappointing because I used to love coming but now I wouldn?t come in unless I brought my own cleaning supplies. Read more

Customer service wasn't the greatest. The layout of the restaurant makes it incredibly clustered at the entrance. The kiosks are... the worst, panera needs to fix them and make it so that everyone receives a receipt after paying instead of after they receivethe food. I ordered a drink, got no receipt, all the drinks are self serve so you then still have to go the cashier and theycould think you're stealing because you don't have a receipt. You need to give that proof of purchase after the customer paysnot only after they receive their food. What happens if they don't make your food, you then don't have proof that you paid?Incredibly flawed system and needs to be fixed. Also if the drink is bad how can I get a refund if you don't give me a receipt? Read more
