This has got to be the worst pizza I've ever gotten from anywhere. It's dry, thin, missing cheese on some pieces including not... having cheese up to the crust, and the crust is overdone. I will never order from this store again. Read more
I would like to share my terrible experience with you. I ordered tonight about 7:50pm. at 8:11pm i received a text saying my... order was out for delivery. I live in a condo complex so the special instructions were to call when arrive. at 830pm I thoughtit might be helpful for me to stand outside under our street light for better visibility to the driver. at 8:50pm i call thelocation i ordered the food from. I got a message stating my call was very important and someone would get right to me. 6 minslater and employee picked up the phone. I explained the problem and he said he would put a supervisor on to speak with me. While waiting on hold.. the pizza delivery came .. the driver said sorry.. he just got my order. i kept the phone on holdwaiting for the supervisor. I returned to my place and ate my pizza melts. Guess what? I am still waiting for him or her topick up the phone. I have now been on hold for 20 mins. This is absolutely aweful. service. Manager wont take my call. I went to this location to get a pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese simple right?? All of the workers were on there... phone laughing talking and having unrelated work conversations when I finally got the pizza there was barely any cheese so Icame back in the store and told the so called manager ? jesse? and her attitude became ATROCIOUS ! she got very upset and saidwe will make in over in a very rude tone so she goes to the back grabs crust out the freezer and tossed to in the air thenproceeded to flatten it out she grabbed all the toppings with her bare hands without washing them or any gloves on then sheflicked the cheese that was under her finger nails onto my pizza and added the rest of the toppings with her bare hands andslammed it in the oven I confronted her and demanded my money back I called corporate as well if you are getting a pizza fromthis location I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU WATCH THEM MAKE IT Read more
I have gone to pizza Hut forever. I always ordered pan pizza. two orders ago the pizza was soggy and drenched with oil. They... gave me a credit. I just ordered and received the credit and it was disgusting. Exactly the same as the last. They told me theyare using different pans. I told them I did not even want a credit. I will NEVER eat there again. I threw it in a plastic bagand put it in the dumpster. I hope the rats don?t get sick.
