Dined at Aqua Alta 4 times and will be back! The food is authentic Italian and so very delicious! Food and service are 5 star!

This is a hidden gem. We went on a Thursday night and there was not one empty table. Our server (who may have also been the... owner) was friendly, attentive and checked in on us frequently. The menu is not typical southern Italian and has a wide varietyof selections. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals including the Branzino special, chicken parm and Tagliatelle (w/egg)alla Montana. The homemade pasta is excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Authentic Italian Fare with impressive wine list! So happy to find an Italian Restaurant that has not been “Americanized”.... We were so happy to find this place. Don’t expect huge American portions but it’s way more than enough. Try the polentaGorgonzola appetizer and the fresh homemade pastas. Everything is made in house including the pasta.
