The greek salad was like 80% onions and maybe a bit of other veggies that come on it. It was like fishing for even a piece of... lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, there was barely any feta cheese on it. The gyro meat was too chewy and the portion was verysmall, it was mostly just pita bread barely any meat. This place must love to throw in all their onions because that?s mostlywhat I had in my meal. If your looking from something somewhat authentic to Greek food, this isn?t the place. I didn?t eventaste the tzatziki sauce in the gyro. I will say that order process was super easy online and it was available at the time itsaid, so at least that was done right. First and last time going here sadly. I had very high expectations, major disappointment.Especially the price, not worth it at all, I spent $14 on a meal that half of it was thrown away. Read more
Second time at this location. First visit did not go to good. Rude employee and food was off. Decided to give it another try... last night after two years. Big mistake! The lady at the counter was completely clueless. Orderedy food, never got my drinks, myfood and my son's came out a full 15 minutes apart. My husbands to go order came out first. Asked for my drinks a 3rd time!!The lady said I didn't order drinks, I asked for water and my son's came with the kid meal. She had to check the menu to verify.The food was not good. It was all around a bad experience. Also the lady who took my order at the register then proceeded tomake my food, did not wash hands or put on gloves. I almost left then. I asked are you making my food?? Then she put on gloves.When we visit friends up in Hoover AL we always dine at Tazikis. The comparison is night and day. Read more
My gyro was amazing. Fresh cut meat, much different than the usual from the shaved skewer meats. The staff was very friendly and... accommodating, especially the girl at the counter, Shea, and the cook Michael cooked it to perfection. I would have taken apicture to post with the review but it was so good that by the time I thought of it, my plate was empty. Will definitely visithere often. Read more
Came here already couple times, they have great gyros, salad and amazing soups, will be back for sure...
