This was my second time walking in and ordering to-go at this particular location. Similar to my first experience a year ago,... service was very slow. I understand that it has been hard for every industry to find & keep good help. The lobby was full ofpeople waiting on walk-in and online orders. What bothered me the most about this visit was the Manager was too busy chattingwith someone to step in and help. As I was leaving I found out the person the manager was chatting with was one of the owners. One or both of you should have stepped in to help the 2 gentlemen working it the back. Shame on you. The woman at the counter was great and informative, but I was skipped twice and so was another man next to me... it took me... about 20 minutes to get in and out . There was a young due that had the largest hikie I've ever seen on his neck n his hair wasall out of the net, he called people names very low n when they didn't answer he would kinda just leave it on the counter.
