Very disappointed with my food! Bacon was cold and greasy so I only ate about 1 piece. Crepe was cold. There was a pool of... grease under my hash browns and they tasted oily. I try not to criticize service because it appeared they were under staffed andthe 1 waitress I saw was working as hard as she could. All this for $17.96 for 1 person makes it even less palatable! Definitely not worth the cost. My overall summary is that I will not go there again for a long time, if ever!!! Read more
Waitress was sweet. Service wasn't the best though. When we first got to the restaurant, we were the only customers. We ordered... and it took them over 35 mintues to get our food. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and when I got it, it was a little cold andpretty soggy. Not crispy. Other than the other food we order, we ordered crapes and we didn't get them till we finished eating.About maybe 15 before we finished eating, the waitress told us they were out of the kind of crapes we wanted. We should haveknown that way before, not by the time we were done eating. We got there around 5:20pm, and left at 6:40pm. We only ordereddrinks. 2 burgers, one piece of French toast(French toast was very soggy, waitress also gave us the wrong French toast butthat's okay) with eggs, and crapes that were not the best. The poisen berry sauce tasted very sour and just weird all together.Definitely should not have payed $70 for that. Read more
Perhaps we visited on a bad day. The restaurant was basically empty (only 2 tables of customers), but we still had to wait a few... minutes to get seated. The only server we saw also had to cover the phone and the register. There was a good runner, too, butlow staffing was obvious. The food was good, but we did have to wait a bit to order and receive our food. We had to wait evenlonger to pay our bill. Have always loved this location. Servers are all very nice and management is good. The cleanliness of this location (both dining... room and kitchen) are better than any other location I've been to! My #1 go-to IHOP location in the Winston-Salem area! Read more
