This Dunkin Donuts in general, is barely okay, the food is usually messed up and it was this time, too, but it wasn't bad, just... carelessly put together by the cook . I rarely go, but,every now and then, I try again.. I did have excellent customer servicefrom Chameeka, at the drive thru. She was so sweet, friendly and quick. It was a couple of days ago when I went. Most of thetime, people who work there really seem to be struggling and I totally believe it's a management/training issue. But, Chameekais the reason I will try again. She is the reason I can give 3 stars for that visit and not a 1 or 2. Read more
Experienced the same as another young lady that left a review Ashley Johnson. Walked in, person ahead of got greeted and also... everyone after me. Did not say a word to me at all! Coffee was okay, wait time was not bad. Staff was hard working and efficient, but the food was gross. The bagel was very... stale. Worst of all was the snakin? bacon. It was a pile of mushy bacon covered in LOTS of sugar and pepper. Not at all thecrispy, Carmel used bacon as advertised. Read more
i absolutely LOVE dunkin but this location is horrible. i walked in and there wasn?t a single employee that said a word to... me?.including the cashier. my order is very simple, a caramel iced coffee with cream. for some reason, they served the 6customers that ordered after me and then asked me what i was waiting on. 10 mins later, i finally received my iced coffee. i getit, it gets busy and everywhere is short staffed. however, there were 5-7 employees behind the counter and it was not during arush hour. the employees were talking rudely against the customers to each other and complaining about having to make frozendrinks. it was very distasteful.
