Stopped in after a long bike and run workout in Clermont. Wanted something less sugary than a typical fruit smoothie. Almost... missed it in a small strip just off SR50. But glad I didn't miss it -- Was THRILLED to find this hidden gem!! The shakes wereAMAZING! Loaded with protein and flavor and good-stuff post workout. The waffles and other treats looked terrific.
