Oh my goodness Ronnie Hamilton with bighawgh n frens did an outstanding job at our Bayou Academy Class of 1973 reunion last... Friday night. The food was fantastic as was the service we received. Ronnie and side kick Sharon Burchfield did a wonderful andvery professional job. They set everything up and came back and retrieved everything when we were done. We used Big hawgh to cater an awards banquet. The food was absolutely amazing! Not one person complained. We had the ribs and... the yardbird... ;) The chicken was just as moist as it could be and the ribs were PERFECT!! The cole slaw was different thanany I had ever tried before and there were guests wanting the recipe! The service was excellent!
