I cannot believe how I was spoken to or treated while there. First of all they charged for a tortilla on the side when they... stated it was free. Second, I asked why my bowl was almost 20 dollars and the lady was so kind and so beyond rude while I wasjust simply asking why the extreme price. Spoke over me and rudely stated that the extra steak was over 6 dollars. Terrible service. So sad Chipotle is going down hill. Especially this newer location. We walked in with one person ahead of us.... They finished his order & walked away. We stood there for maybe 5 minutes watching the employees on their phone or walk to theback. We decided to walk out after the cashier started texting as well. On the way out, we saw 4 employees having a fun time inthe online order area. Meanwhile they now had a line of people waiting to get service. Just ordered a bowl and burrito from this location for pickup, when I got home we realized neither order had any rice although... it was requested on the order/printed on the receipt. No notification or option to change or cancel the order which was superdisappointing. It seems like this location is always out of ingredients but not getting notified is unacceptable, we would havegone to another location or cancelled. Read more
I visited at around 3pm on a Saturday and was blown away by how fast the service was compared to some other Chipotles. Staff... were of average friendliness. The bowl I ordered was PACKED full and was almost too much to eat! Cleanliness, however,detracted significantly from the positives. They were out of napkins, there was garbage in the floor, almost every table wasdirty, and the serving area was a complete mess. Cleaner and this would have been a 5 star rating. Read more

I am so very happy to see new staff. A new management I decided to go to Chipotle after Wendy's had a line that I didn't feel... like waiting for. I have stayed away from this Chipotle because of terrible service out of food. Waiting forever. Just unlimitedproblems and begrudgingly I walk in and I was thoroughly impressed. The three that we're working tonight were truly awesome. Hadgreat attitudes and we're very helpful. The food was fresh. It honestly has probably been the best experience I've ever had at aChipotle.
