I called to order an omelette wanted onion sausage green pepper & tomato the woman taking my order over the phone told me I... couldn?t order it like that and I had to know the name of the omelette I wanted I said can?t I just get any items in it and shesaid no I need to order off their menu. My sister and I was told that only breakfast is being served and we had to order on kiosk. About 10-15 later another patron... walked in and went to the register and his order was taken.. He ordered a burger and fries. We weren?t able to order lunch.25-30 minutes later we se that the man that came in after us got his food and left. I went to inquire about our food and wastold very rudely to be patient. After that the food came after another 10 minutes with the container wide open. No one else foodwas open. We asked for a refund and was told that because the order was placed on the kiosk and she don?t know anything aboutit.. I find it hard to believe that and she works there. I then asked for a number to call to speak with someone about theservice and receiving our refund, she said she don?t have a number she is just the help.. well the help was very rude and notnice to us and I am wondering if it was because we were the only African American in there? we just want our refund.
