Service wasn't served with a smile that's for sure!! two team members were very rude and lazy with their service it was obvious... they didn't want to be there! The drink machine wasn't working and they let us know they were charging full price for the mealsanyway!!!! And had an attitude when we asked for water! I really enjoyed the new chicken sandwich combo. The service was a little subpar. We wanted our food in two separate bags and... that wasn't done. But everything else was timely and well done. The cashier was good despite that little foible. Sadly, theservice is getting worse. Read more
I ordered the Mac and cheese bowl, and was given a mashed potato and skin of the chicken bowl instead. I drove all the way back... home before I noticed that I had been given the wrong items. The cashier was rushing us and wasn't listening to me. She gave methe wrong items. I went through the drive up window. I will definitely not go there again. This KFC on 175th and Lakeshore Blvdis terrible. They need to open their doors and allow the customers to come in to order. The drive thru service is terrible. Read more
