I ordered my food on the subway app as I have many times before. I get up there and they let me know my order was canceled,... because you have to order through door dash?.I look at my app and it doesn?t say the order was canceled until I?m actuallyinside the store! Look at my account and my money is still gone! And I refuse to pay TWICE! so now I?m hungry, and 10$ poorer!Next time, let the customer know of the change when they get there and you have made the food! Very rude and always have a bad experience at this location!!!!! Over priced, never take the subway deals coupons , long wait... times ?.. was told the online orders is more important then the customers that is there in the store in person, if that is howthe employees is being trained you should never never never say that to a paying customer?. The young ladies waiting on us didn't know where to put the condiments on our sandwiches and when we tried to tell them they... still didn't get it - so my sandwich was a high priced mess!
