Was treated EXTREMELY rude by whoever was working the drive thru window tonight. He was literally screaming at me thru the... speaker until I drove in reverse to get out of the drive thru. I understand stress is high and staffing is low in manyrestaurants but no excuse whatsoever for the way I was treating there tonight. EDIT: THEIR ICE STILL DOESN'T WORK CONSISTENTLY. STAY AWAY. their drinks are terrible. not only has their ice machine broken... 20+ times (no idea how that even happens), but the carbonation and the mixing of their drinks is extremely inconsistent and onaverage quite poor. beyond that, the food quality is mediocre, and so is the service. this taco bell is extremely neglected byits owner and manager(s) to the point where i would rather drive to the next taco bell than eat here Read more
There is always something wrong here. ?We are only taking cash tonight, the power has been out (when all the lights are on), we... are out of cheese or chicken? For a taco bell this place is horrible. Convinced the employees do this on purpose so they don?thave to serve people. Read more
Waited in line for 30 minutes - no biggie, busy night. But I get to the window and the receiver immediately says ?cash only?. If... this is the case, why can?t there be a sign, person, something saying that this is the situation? Doesn?t seem like a huge ask.Also - when discussed with the manager at the window, he said ?all you are drunk, no one listened before, you can leave bye?.Great customer service for a sober guy who has NEVER been to this Taco Bell.
