In general, the food was good, even though they brought me a burnt chicken, the employees in the bar area and the kitchen were... very attentive, now if you are Latino, make sure you know English because they are friendly with gay people but not withLatinos, a person who He was in the bowling area apparently playing in his break because he was a worker, there was a minuteleft until the game was over, however when the ball finished, this employee who had been there since we started playing untilthe last time, started yelling on his own because the vola kept running and was pedantic even having children with us and beingin non-working or working hours but playing and drinking if you are Latino make sure you speak very good English because if notin case of any moment of racism or bad behavior of someone employee you can defend yourself. They have to be a little moreadult and when a situation happens and they see children, do not behave like a pedant yelling for everyone to hear. sorry badtime Read more

Visiting Cleveland, decided to stop by here for a drink after a show tonight. Arrived at 12.45AM, tried to get attention of... staff with my mum to order drinks. Completely ignored. So no, I do not recommend this place. Maybe don't ignore customersfor 30 minutes and then tell us it's last call when we finally have to shout over people to be served. When we asked one of thebar staff why it is other people who had come after us were served, her response was "what do you want", as in drinks. Not oneto press about this kind of treatment as it's mostly not worth my energy but I was with my mum, visiting and this made us feelunwelcome. Read more

Not good. Bartenders more concerned about their cellphones. Not very friendly. In their defense, observed several instances... of rude customers with little or no tips. Food was average and came very quickly. Only bright spot. Used to enjoy thisestablishment. Not any more. Read more

Worst restaurant I tried in US. It took about half an hour to prepare my husband order and when he finished his food after 20... minutes they brought my food. They were so slow while it was not crowded. The food was very bad. We ordered Italian pizza, hamburger and wings and we couldn’t eat any of them. Pizza was cold and very little amount of cheese. Hamburger was so saltyand wings was very small portion and very oily. I will not try it again and I won’t suggest it to anyone. Read more

Ordered at the bar and we asked if it was okay that we sit outside and the bartender said it was fine. They were very slow and... there was only one other group outside. 15 minutes later, a waitress comes outside and gets really snippy and starts lecturingus about not going to the hostess stand for a table, to which we said we had no idea because the bar said it was fine.Apparently it wasn’t. She then loudly complained to the other servers outside about us and then started putting out reservedsigns “so it doesn’t happen again.” We ended up finishing our drinks and leaving. Didn’t feel very welcomed after that. She for real needs an attitude check! Read more
