Went there at 5:45 on a Saturday, mostly because it was last minute and they were the only place in the area with tables... available. They seem hugely understaffed, and it showed. 20+ minute wait to order. Ended up not ordering drinks because theredidn't seem to be a bartender and we didn't want to delay the meal any longer as we were seeing a show. 20 minute wait to getthe appetizer, which was a hummus platter that couldn't have taken more than two minutes to prepare as it was raw veggies, abowl of hummus, and some pita. Main course came out 5 minutes after the appetizer, so I guess that was fast. Food was OK, burgerway overcooked though. Nothing was worth the cost, but it was edible. I have to wonder if staffing problems caused the problems, but it's not a place we'll come back to and see. Read more

Wonderful experience with my 11 year old granddaughter before seeing the frozen musical. We shared 4 appetizers , all excellent... and large portions. Highly recommend the onion soup, brussel sprouts, onion rings and banana foster dessert. Staff were kind, fun and attentive. Happy we had a Fridge in the hotel room for leftovers! Read more

We came to Cleveland for a quick two day getaway. We had all our activities planned ahead, but none of our meals. We wanted a... pleasant dining experience within five blocks of our hotel because we prefer to walk to take in the city lights and unwind aftera busy day. Our first night we explored the 4th St. Open air scene. We are seniors and the deafening music coming from everyneighboring bistro was not comfortable for us or conducive to conversation. The next night we sought out something withinPlayhouse Square because we were eating at eight. We found the Ghost Light. We we the only ones there. We were greeted warmly byChad behind the bar, who responded charmingly to my snarky, “Hey, do you have room for us?” He was great waitstaff and evenlistened to our adventures of the day in Cleveland. We had a simple meal. French Onion Soup, a hummus appetizer, and sharedscampi. Everything was perfectly prepared, delicious, and reasonably priced compared to many comparable restaurants. When wecomplimented the meal, Chad asked if we would mind if he brought Chef Audrey out since it was quiet that evening. We had alovely time chatting with her and told her how much we enjoyed it all. It is rare to have such a wonderful meal and such a warmgreeting in a strange city. Thanks again to Chad and Audrey. Thanks for being the frosting on our cake of visiting Cleveland. Wehope to be back one day. Read more

Jalisa was amazing, made great drinks and was taking care of like 8 tables at once, by herself. Food was very good, got the... steak and hummus. Only 4 stars because I watched the manager top off a drink by grabbing ice with her bare hands after carryingfood and out doing all kinds of things. Read more

Second visit here.staffing is terrible but you won't be waiting. Chad was our waiter/ bartender both times Moves like a tornado... with a smile. Food was OK, no complaints, nothing out of the ordinary but not your typical fare downtown. Last visit had theReuben dip, an appetizer, but enough for a dinner..Will be back. Read more
